In general, if your CATCHPLAY+ is not working it might be caused by:


An issue with your CATCHPLAY+ App or account
  • Ensure that your browser or app has been updated to the latest version
  • Try to re-login. Sometimes users might have multiple accounts, make sure you are logged in to the correct one
  • Clear your browser/app cache and data (iOS user please uninstall your App)

 

A network connection issue
  • Please restart the internet network/modem/router and make sure you have a network
  • Internet connection should be 10 Mbps and above. If you're sharing the internet connection, lagging maybe because of limited bandwidth (to test transmission speed, visit speedtest or you can download the app if you are on mobile devices)

 

An issue with your device
