    Essentially, you can watch everything except for films in the SINGLE RENTAL section, and we regularly add new releases every week, with hundreds of hours of fresh content each month.

  2. You can enjoy a 15% discount on each movie in the SINGLE RENTAL section when purchased through the official website.

  1. Receive VIP invitations to movie special premieres.

  2. You can invite or remove group members at your discretion.

  3. Individual accounts maintain privacy, and watching histories do not affect each other.

  4. You can log in separately on 5 devices, and it supports simultaneous streaming on 2 devices.


If you are a Group Member
  1. Unlimited access to all subscription-type videos at no additional cost.
    Additionally, you have the option to make one-time rental payments for movies in the SINGLE RENTAL section.

  2. You can leave the subscription group freely on your own.

  3. You cannot invite or remove other group members.

(However, you can request the invitation link from the group administrator (primary paid account) and share it with others.)

  • What should I do if the invitation link expires?
    To resolve this, please ask the group administrator (primary paid Account) to resend the invitation link to you.


Steps to send the invitation link: 
Click on "My Account icon" → Subscription Group → "Invite New Group Members" → Copy the invitation link or use the sharing options below to send the link to your friends and family.


  • Can group members leave the group on their own?
    Yes. Please click on "My Account icon" → Subscription Group → "Leave"


If you wish to rejoin the group after leaving, please request the invitation link from the group administrator and click on "Join"


  • Can the group administrator assist members in leaving the group?
    Yes, the group administrator can add or remove group members at any time.

    • To add group members, follow these steps: 
      Click on "My Account icon" → Subscription Group → "Invite New Group Members" → Copy the invitation link or use the sharing options below to send the link to your friends and family.

    • To remove group members, follow these steps: 
      Click on "My Account icon" → Subscription Group  "Remove"


  • Can group members invite others to join the subscription group?
    No, currently only the group administrator can invite others to join or leave the group. 
    However, you can request the invitation link from the subscription group administrator and share it with others.


  • Can CATCHPLAY+ assist me in joining or leaving a subscription group?
    No. 
    You can ask the group administrator to send you an invitation link, and then click on the link to join the group. Additionally, you can leave the subscription group on your own.


To leave the group, follow these steps: 
Click on "My Account icon" → Subscription Group → "Leave Group" → "Confirm."


  • NOTE: Once you leave the subscription group, your watching privileges will immediately terminate. However, you can still make one-time rental payments to watch movies in the SINGLE RENTAL section.


  • What should I do if I have a financial dispute with group members?

Each group must decide its own cost-sharing arrangement. 
CATCHPLAY+ can only bill from one account and cannot split bills, rotate charges, or intervene in financial disputes among users. 

However, the group administrators can decide whether or not to remove members from the group.


To remove a member, follow these steps: 

Click on "My Account icon" → Subscription Group → "Remove"


  • Do group members need to pay for the plan?
    No.

Only the group administrators (primary paid account) need to pay for the "Group Plan" when subscribing, and subsequent charges for the plan will be deducted from the payment method specified by the group administrator. CATCHPLAY+ does not charge group members separately for the subscription plan.


However, if group members want to watch movies in the SINGLE RENTAL section, each account in the group needs to make individual one-time rental payments.


  • Can I upgrade to "Group Plan" if I am already a "Personal Plan" subscriber?
    Yes, you can.

As long as there are less than 30 days remaining in your current plan, you can directly upgrade  to the "Group Plan" through the official website. The new plan will automatically stack after the old one and will not overlap.


NOTE: If you did not originally subscribe to the "Personal Plan" through the official website, please refer to this guide to cancel the original plan's renewal to avoid duplicate charges after the original plan expires.


  • Why can't I subscribe to the "Group Plan"?
    Please check if you already have a subscription through CATCHPLAY+ partners or other channels. If you need assistance, please Contact US, and we will further assist you.


Alternatively, you can have a friend or family member subscribe to the "Group Plan" and then join their subscription group. After joining, be sure to cancel your original plan's renewal to avoid duplicate charges after it expires.


  • Please note that if you decide to cancel the renewal or become a group member, any accumulated REWARDED SINGLE RENTAL Tickets in your account will expire and will not be reissued. We recommend redeeming them for watching before they expire.
