How to change my CATCHPLAY+ password?
You can follow the below instruction to change your CATCHPLAY+ account’s password:
Browser
2. Select RESET PASSWORD
3. Insert the current password and the new password
4. Click OK
APP
1. Tap the menu button on the top left corner and tap Profile
2. Tap Change Password
3. Insert the original password and the new password
4. Tap CHANGE PASSWORD
Note: due to Facebook and Apple’s user privacy issue, the steps above are invalid for accounts signed up using Facebook or Apple ID. Please contact respective customer service for more information.
